We’ve just had the results in from our independent patient survey and we are delighted with the results!

100% of patients surveyed said the services offered by our team were good or excellent.

We are absolutely delighted with the overall results as the whole team take real pride in the service we provide to our patients. We’d love to thank the patients who took part personally, but as the survey is anonymous, it’s a little tricky!

Patients were asked what they liked about our practice and we were thrilled that at the top of the list was our warm and friendly team. Other things you liked about our practice were:

  • The quality of care
  • Great surroundings
  • The atmosphere
  • Professional, expert treatment
  • and our coffee!

Despite the overwhelmingly positive feedback, there were some things you thought we could improve upon and we felt it was only fair to share these comments with you.

Lack of parking during busy periods

Hands up this can be a problem, we have 6 spaces at the front of the building and 6 at the rear. With 6 treatment rooms potentially in operation at any one time, there will be the occasional build up of traffic coinciding with appointment changeover times. In the event that you are struggling to park, please speak to a member of our team. We are trying to organise the appointment book so that not all the rooms are busy at the same time.

Lack of appointment times outside 9-5pm

We offer a number of late appointments with a variety of clinicians, with regards to booking, due to popularity, they often book in advance. We are constantly reviewing the appointments to ensure we are providing the best possible service to you.

Some fees are too high

We are constantly looking to be competitive without compromising our standards. Reviewing our suppliers has enabled us to lower our implant prices during the last year by 20%. Furthermore, we now have a Therapist who is able to offer routine dentistry at a more economical price without compromising on the quality of care. A lot of our fees have stayed the same and we are also trying o offer a range of treatment choices that will give patients different fee options.

TV channel / music

Some patients said they would prefer to watch a different TV channel or listen to different music, if that is the case at your next appointment, please let our team know and we’ll be happy to help.
