Root canal Treatment
Root canal treatment (also called endodontics) is needed when the blood or nerve supply of the tooth (known as the pulp) is infected through decay or injury. Root treatment is carried out under the protection of a rubber dam, and using an operating microscope. This allows amplification of detail, greater versitility and excellent visualisation of the working field.
