The Smile Spa, Stockton offers teeth whitening treatments which range from a single in-spa teeth whitening treatment, combined spa and home teeth whitening treatment system or a home teeth whitening system.
Our in house ‘laser’ teeth whitening, based at our Stockton practice, is the most effective and safest chair-side, teeth whitening system on the market as it can leave teeth up to 10 shades whiter. Initial checks are performed to ascertain whether your teeth are suitable for teeth whitening. The gums and sensitive areas of the teeth are protected as your teeth are in turn assessed to establish whether they are porous or dense. The most advanced patent-pending Power gel is then applied to the enamel and activated using the A Power Lamp for 10 minutes. The process is then repeated from two to four times depending on the individual’s teeth.
Revolutionary Kick Start (In Spa & at home teeth whitening)
For enhanced teeth whitening results, after the in house teeth whitening system has been performed, you will be given a home maintenance kit to use for 20 minutes, twice a day for up to two weeks.
If you prefer to whiten your teeth at home, we can have custom-made impression trays produced for you which hold the active gel close to your teeth. We recommend an hour a day for upto two weeks initially, then moving on to a top up programme. It can take from a few days to a few weeks to achieve optimum teeth whitening results.
