When Carol Rae and her husband Ian bought the Cliffemount Hotel in Runswick Bay in 2005, she knew it was going to be hard work.
After working in the hos
pitality industry for over 30 years they had achieved their dream and set about a refurbishment programme. It was when the refurbishment was complete that Carol started to think about her own smile. “In a customer focussed environment, it is important to look your best and have a smile for your patrons.
