The Team - Dr Stephen Byfield - Implantologist

Dr Stephen Byfield graduated from the Royal London Hospital Bachelor of Dental Surgery 1981. Following a 5-year short service commission in the Royal Army Dental Corps he joined general dental practice in 1987 Ripon North Yorkshire.

He developed a special interest in implant dentistry in 1993. He has attended many implant training courses in the UK, Europe and America developing his skills and increasing the complexity of his cases.

Dr Byfield is honorary secretary of the Faculty of General Dental Practice, Royal College of Surgeons of England. Dr Byfield lectures nationally on a number of aspects of implant dentistry at novice intermediate and advanced level.
