The Team - Frank Bates - Business Manager

Frank has been a long standing patient for a number of years. He retired in Dec'04 from HSBC Bank plc after 33 years service which culminated in the role of area manager. We are pleased to say their loss is certainly our gain as Frank joined our team earlier this year.

Frank has a firm hand on the business side of things as well as motivating the staff. Out of the office Frank enjoys playing squash, tennis, skiing and practicing his Spanish.

He lives locally with his partner of 12 years and has a son and daughter who both live in his home town of Morpeth. Frank is a very proud grandfather and has two gorgeous grandaughters.
